Terms & Conditions
The basis on which we provide this website, quotations, equipment and services.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to quotations, orders and services provided by SH Laundritek Sdn. Bhd. ("Laundritek"). By using the site or placing an order you accept them. Where a signed supply agreement exists, that agreement prevails over these terms.
2. Website use
You may browse and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or resell site content, or use automated tools to scrape it, without our written permission.
3. Product information
We work hard to keep specifications, images and descriptions accurate. Dimensions, capacities and features are taken from manufacturer data and may change without notice as models are revised. Where a detail matters to your installation — power supply, floor loading, plumbing position — confirm it with us in writing before ordering.
4. Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude delivery, installation, structural works and taxes unless expressly included.
- Site-specific works (plumbing, electrical supply, flooring, civil works) are quoted separately after a site assessment.
5. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we issue a written confirmation and receive the agreed deposit. Standard terms are a deposit on order with the balance due before or on delivery, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing. Machines remain our property until paid for in full.
6. Delivery, installation and commissioning
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. You are responsible for providing safe access, adequate power and water supply, and a suitable drainage point at the agreed position. Where a site is not ready on the agreed date, redelivery charges may apply.
7. Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty stated on its datasheet — 6 years for machines supplied in the Pro Power and Semi Pro Power packages, 3 years for the 13.6kg BD combo, and 16,000 or 30,000 cycle design life as specified per model. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal commercial use. It does not cover:
- Damage from incorrect installation by a third party, misuse, overloading or neglect.
- Consumables, cosmetic wear, or faults caused by power surges, water quality or flooding.
- Machines that have been modified or repaired by unauthorised persons.
Warranty service is provided during business hours. Preventive maintenance outside the warranty scope is chargeable at our standard rates.
8. Cancellation and returns
Orders cancelled after confirmation may forfeit the deposit, particularly where equipment has been ordered from the manufacturer or installation works have begun. Faulty goods are repaired or replaced under warranty rather than refunded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.
9. Liability
We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or consequential loss arising from equipment downtime, delayed delivery or use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services giving rise to that claim.
10. Franchising
Franchise information on this site is an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Any franchise is granted only under a separate written franchise agreement, following a site assessment and the disclosures required by Malaysian franchise law.
11. Intellectual property
The Laundritek name, logo, photography and site content are our property. Manufacturer names and marks, including Haier, belong to their respective owners and are used to describe genuine products we distribute.
12. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
