Laundry Technician
keep 100+ shops running.

The role

You will be the person a shop owner calls when a machine stops mid-cycle. Most of the job is planned — installing new machines, commissioning them, and running preventive maintenance across the outlets on your route. The rest is troubleshooting: water, drainage, electrical, drum and control faults.

What you will do

• Install and commission commercial washers and dryers at new and existing sites.
• Run scheduled preventive maintenance across a route of outlets.
• Diagnose and repair faults — mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
• Respond to breakdown calls flagged by the IoT dashboard.
• Keep an accurate record of work, parts used and machine history.
• Brief shop operators on correct machine use after every service visit.

What we are looking for

• Experience with commercial or domestic laundry equipment, or a strong mechanical/electrical background with the appetite to learn.
• Able to read a simple wiring or schematic diagram.
• Basic plumbing confidence — hoses, valves, drainage, pump strainers.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence (site travel is part of the job).
• Careful with customers' premises: clean up after every job.
• Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.

What we offer

• Permanent full-time position with a stable route of sites.
• Product training on the Haier professional range, plus manufacturer-backed technical support.
• Tools, uniform and a service vehicle arrangement for site work.
• Work with a team that has been running these machines since 2016 — the answers are a phone call away.
• Career progression into area service or installation supervision.
